VDOT, police prepare for traffic
Representatives from the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) and the Virginia State Police (VSP) have spent weeks developing traffic and communication plans to support the 2010 National Scout Jamboree that will be held July 26—Aug. 4 in Caroline County. VDOT and VSP will be on hand to ensure that traffic delays are kept at a minimum at the main gates and on surrounding major highways. Continue reading
