A scanner will be used in place of blue cards on the Merit Badge Midway to record merit badges that are earned or partially completed during the jamboree.

Thomas Road traffic restrictions
There will be no vehicle traffic on Thomas Road from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. There will be limited traffic on the road overnight for vendors and maintenance.
