Paddle Safe, Paddle Smart (PS2) leader training will be offered from 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. daily at the jamboree boating headquarters by Travis Lake (except when in conflict with the arena show). These sessions will highlight tips and tricks for teaching beginning and experienced Scouts and Scouters. Topics include how to put on lifejackets, environmental ethics, and how best to present the material to impact your Scouts and keep them safe on the water.
