Here is the official jamboree de-mobilization plan.
I. Troop Equipment Vehicles procedures for Tuesday, August 3:
Shuttle buses are scheduled to pick-up Troop Leadership (Equipment Vehicle Guides/Drivers) from Regional HQ’s, sub camp 20/21 fire station, and sub camp 14 entrance and Early drive at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, August 3. Two separate shuttle buses will be delivering Troop leaders: one to Archer for equipment vehicle pick-up, and the other to the following gates to meet off base troop equipment vehicles when they arrive and guide them to their sub camp:
The following gates will be utilized and are only open from 4-7 PM, August 3
SOUTHERN REGION – Rappahannock
CENTRAL REGION – Villeboro
WESTERN REGION – North Main
NORTHEAST REGION – South Main
To enter these gates or move from Archer and enter the Jamboree sub camp areas, each equipment vehicle must display a demobilization placard that will be issued by each Regional headquarters. Regional headquarters will receive their placards from us prior to 12:00 noon, August 3rd. Equipment vehicles can be parked within a sub camp area overnight, but must be parked in such a way that they do not block any access road or inhibit the movement of pedestrians. All such vehicles must be in place no later than 8pm, 3 August. No equipment vehicles will be allowed to move after 8:00 pm, August 3 until 5:30 am, August 4th. Any equipment vehicle that plans to depart the base or return to Archer on August 3rd must do so by 8:00 pm. Only the Villeboro and North Main gates will be available for vehicles exiting the base, and only between the hours of 7-8 pm.
NO staff personal vehicle from Archer will be able to enter the Jamboree site until 12:00 noon, August 4th.
II. Procedures for Wednesday, August 4:
Shuttle buses are scheduled to begin picking up Troop Leadership (Equipment Vehicle Guides/Drivers and Assistant Scoutmasters) from Regional HQ’s, sub camp 20/21 fire station, sub camp 14 entrance and Early Drive at 4:00 am on Wednesday, August 4th. Two separate shuttle buses will be delivering Troop leaders: one to Archer for equipment vehicle pick-up for equipment vehicle drivers, and the other to transport Assistant Scoutmasters to the following gates to meet off base troop equipment vehicles and troop buses when they arrive and guide them to the sub camps:

SOUTHERN REGION – Rappahannock
CENTRAL REGION – Villeboro
WESTERN REGION – North Main
NORTHEAST REGION – South Main
To enter these gates or move from Archer and enter the Jamboree sub camp areas, each equipment vehicle and/or troop bus must display a demobilization placard that will be issued by each Regional headquarters. Regional headquarters will receive their placards from us prior to 12:00 noon, August 3rd.
Troops will load their equipment vehicles and busses as orderly and as safe as possible and should plan on departing the Jamboree site via the same assigned gate as on arrival. Troops may depart the Jamboree after their site has been approved by a Sub Camp Commissioner. If a troop bus and equipment vehicle get separated, they will be required to re – linkup with each other outside the Jamboree site.
NO staff personal vehicle from Archer will be able to enter the Jamboree site until 12:00 noon, August 4.
Shuttle buses are scheduled to pick-up Staff members from regional HQ’s, Mahone Transfer Station, Longstreet Transfer Station, Wilcox Bus Stop, sub camp 20/21 fire station, sub camp 14 entrance and Early drive, and at the intersection of Gordon Trail and A.P. Hill Drive, beginning at 11:00 am on Wednesday, August 4th. Staff picking up personal vehicles will not need demobilization placards to obtain their vehicle and return to the Jamboree area.
ANY NON STICKERED PERSONAL VEHICLE OR EQUIPMENT VEHICLE THAT LEAVES THE POST WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RE-ENTER.
