According to weather forecasts, significant inclement weather is possible on Saturday.  Storms with lightning, high winds, and heavy rain are predicted.

As a result, the program schedule for Saturday was adjusted. (There will be an announcement on Sunday about rescheduling canceled curriculum activities.) The revised schedule for Saturday is as follows, and may change further due to weather conditions:

12:00 PM All high adventure program areas will close for the day (including all curriculum and elective activities)

2:00 PM All trading posts and retail food venues will close for the day so that staff can enjoy the show

3:00 PM Pre-Show begins at the AT&T Summit Stadium. (Dress comfortably for heat and potential rain.)

4:00 PM Stadium Show begins

6:00 PM Stadium Show concludes (Note: may conclude earlier weather dependent.)

Meal Service:

Troop & Unit Food Pick Up: Pick up in base camps directly after the show.

All Base Camp and Sub Camp Staff: Pick up individual box dinners at their Base Camp on Saturday, 20 July, only.

Staff Dinner: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM Pick-up box dinner- Echo dining hall
